Confession

I have an addiction.  I can't seem to stay off the computer.  My house is a mess and I have NO excuse.  I don't even go to work until 2pm, yet the internet and all the lovely blogs take up my time.  I called Josh and asked him to take the computer to work with him tomorrow so I wouldn't be tempted to sit around all day, neglecting the things I actually need to do.  So, I have at least admitted that I have a problem and reached out to my hubby for help with my yucky addiction.  =-)

the first step is acknowledging you have a problem. unfortunately, there may not be a cure for this addiction. you may just have to give in.

Ha ha! This post made me laugh! I can come help you if you need...I mean...I live so far away and all. I just posted a contest on my blog, you still have time to check it out before Josh takes the computer away from you! ;-)

Hi Stephanie,
As long as you are still emotionally available to your hubby, family, and your friends you are fine! Not to worry....unless that is a problem:):) ha ha
Thanks for sharing!

...and now I have to admit that I read all of your blogs and actually enjoy them. So, if you don't blog as much, then I won't have as much to read!! Josh could also help me by bringing your computer to work!!!
Love,
Dad

i am so with you...as i type on your blog. it's hard cause there are messages I'm waiting for response to so i check my myspace, facebook, gmail, aol,and then all the blogs..and now i've started a blog of my own and I really think it's an excuse to procrastinate. my apt is a bit of a mess and i have SO much studying to do but the internet is my escape...but it ends up being you know a 2 hour break.

It's OK Stef I understand. I need to clean the loft so bad before Mom and Dad get here... but checking email and blogs is my "downtime" in the 1 hour between Jake going down for his nap and Caitlyn getting home from school. I think if I waited until my house was entirely clean before checking in on the blogging scene, I'd never get to the computer!

Good for you. I have a major problem too and I'm now banned from getting on the computer when Kevin gets home. Guess I should be paying more attention to my husband then the computer ;). Blogs are just so addicting. Once I'm on, I'm stuck. How are things going with you and baby??
